You can't use google login directly in any mod. But you can use login with email. Enter your email and password and you will be able to use the app.

I guess you are new here using the mods. Because in mostly 99% of the mods you'll find these kind of warnings from virus total as modders changes the code to unlock the premium version of the application and changes the original signature. That's the reason why virustotal will show you these kind of warnings. No modder here has time to put viruses in their mods.

Not really, I`ve had many apps come back with nothing at all, more than apps that do. Some have even come back with trojans. Maybe you`re doing things differently, but the latter came back with nothing, and it`s the same app.

The only thing which I know is it's already mentioned many times on mobilism that modded apk might show these kind of warnings you don't need to worry about it. At least when it has only 3-4 warnings.
