The Concise Oxford English Dictionary v1.3

Another mirror please aside from RS. I always get this error in RS:

after i installed it on my X10 mini, it works fine. But then everytime i restart my phone, the shortcut on my menu screen will be gone, and i have to reinstall it. any solution, anyone
