I have US east lakes and ponds. I used titanium backup to back it up and pulled the apk from them files. Installed to my wife's phone and it worked and downloaded the data too. If anyone wants the apk, ill post it. This reminds me, I update the app from the market and didn't update my backup apk.
I found an app in the market the other day for marine, but it draws maps on the go, so ill grab this. Thanks for posting

You can get the app in many different ways: copying the apk file from /data/app, or using titanium backup, or pulling it using ADB over USB cable (if you have Android SDK installed).

okay so ive tried backing it up with titanium backup and as far as i know heres what i got
