Map application offers online and offline maps from many sources, choose and (possibility to create them in application) usage.

It's a shame that all the sources are being removed now... Same thing has happen with several other apps and even the pc map creator MOBAC too... Limits the usability of Android gps apps for things such as gliding,walking, kayaking, mountaineering and pretty much all other outdoor activities... Lets hope they get their heads out their collective butts and allow developers to used the sources again....

Locus Pro version 1.6 has more support for custom maps. Maybe the maps you wanted are now supported. I am looking for a more current "providers.xml" for 1.6 now.

Strange why they would make *so many* changes in v1.5.2 rather than waiting until 1.6.x

They really must have been in a lot of trouble with v1.5.1 (and previous versions) that they quickly removed almost ALL sources from v1.5.2!

I've reverted, yet again, from 1.7.4 to 1.5.1.
If this PROVIDER.xml file can act as a solution for us all, allowing access to the desired map resources, then we should be sharing all of our information!

There is an addon for Locus called "map tweak" that should provide everything you had before. Try 1.7.4 with the map tweak addon.
