WHAT'S NEW

v17.0.0 BETA
with totaly reworked search. this update also brings new TT maps and also OSM maps. We are asking for permissions during runtime. there is new flow of setting home/work and new feature "Smart bluetooth" - app can automatically start, when you approach your car with BT car radio.
please, we really need your feedback about new search flow, so please report any problems while you are searching your destination -> new search is available for North america, Europe and AUS+NZ maps. (new search needs .fts file in every downloaded map)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Uninstall the previous version and delete the folder Sygic
2. Extract and Copy Android from base folder to root internal or external SD
3. Install Patched apk.
4. Enjoy!

Will this version work with TA 2016.12 maps? Version 16.5.1. does not recognize them, only TA 2016.10 .

Thanks, balatan, but after install "Patched APK - (resources in APK)" the app does not download any maps. It seems it does not connect, i only see a green circle turning around all the time instead of getting a list of the maps to download.

Can someone confirm?

2. Download basefolder_1700.zip, Extract and Copy Android from base folder to root internal sdcard
3. Install Patched apk.

On my Galaxy Note 4 (MM 6.01) this version works with old file structure (folder Sygic in the root of internal SD card). I copied TA 2016.10 from version 16.5.1, which was installed before this new version. It downloaded footprint.info upon the first start.

Edit: On my S4 with Lineage 14.1 (Nougat) I had to copy folder com.sygic.aura (and all the subfolders) to internal card under Android-> data . Old structure does not work on Nougat.
I put all the maps in the maps folder so it doesn't need to download, since it won't connect

Unfortunately it won't connect. Luckily I have all the maps I need. You can download maps with mapdownloader and put them in the map folder.

FC when I type something into the adress field. Maps are up to date (2016.12).
Also confirm that 16.5.1 does not recognize new 2016.12 maps.

TA maps (V9.01) 2016.12 working fine with Aura 16.5.0,16.5.1,17.0.0...

Try clean install.
