I installed but when I zoom in at Greece area I can't download this map
Any solution please?

just tried "Proper" Version

1) Android 10 NOT Rooted. Same results as reported two prior releases viz. With Internet connected ... on Open, immediate message that app is NOT licensed displayed ... re-install. Message disappears and app opens. On clicking download maps, app closes/exits

Tried above twice ... on initial failure forced stop of app. Cleared Cache & Data & Uninstalled. Rebooted Re-Installed. Retried with exact same results.

2) Stock Android 12 (Pixel) NOT Rooted ... exact same results

Perhaps of significance ... while the Not licensed screen was displayed, there appeared to be background activity with message flickering almost on & off until message cleared & app screen showed.

unfortunately, in spite of your efforts app is not working for me.

Would be interesting to know what O/S & devices are being used by you vs those having success vs those of us with issue

My signature verification is disabled on my actual device so I wasn't getting any verification issues and then virtual machine I used it on didn't have google services so I activated google services on it, it's android 7 and instantly I got message to install from playstore. So I patched that and reinstalled, no more license verification error and the app worked fine. There won't be be anymore build of this app from my side now. I found one issue and fixed it, if someone willing to provide me crash logs in future, will have a look at it again.

Because there are no charts for Greece.

Just reporting back. This version is functioning perfectly for all charts here in New Zealand on my phones and tablets.
I did have to manually allow file access for the app.

I can install without error, I did switch off wifi when starting the app, maybe that makes a difference.

It asks me to logon to download the map (Germany & Netherlands) when selecting 'list of charts' in the top of the page.
However, I also found a download map in the lower left side of the screen that allowed to download. Seemed to do the trick.

From my quick check, the inland waters maps are not really usable (for Netherlands that is) , but coastal waters have a fair quality map.

It asks me to logon to download the map (Germany & Netherlands) when selecting 'list of charts' in the top of the page. .

That option is to tie your purchases to the logged in account, maps still have to be downloaded by selecting a square of the area as mentioned in the app's faq. I will make that part as if the user is already logged in so instead of login part, there'll be a check mark to confirm that the maps are already purchased (in next update).

@youarefinished did you also do a Navionics boating? Would be great to upload that one as well.
BTW. The best maps are in the NV Charts app to my opinion, but have never found a hacked version of it
