Oh I know why... It is a russian site and even VPN's are blocking them.. possibly thats why.

But You COULD just copy and paste it here anyway to help everyone out...

Use this guide and use MOBAC instead of maptiler(is limited in free)

also go here and add these map source http://randochartreuse.free.fr/ for more....

But even better just use oruxmaps and app the source directly to it then no pc required and you can still use mobac to create offline maps...

Works the first time it's started, keeps on crashing afterwards (Oneplus 9 Pro, Android 12)

try free OpenAndroMaps (https://www.openandromaps.org/en/downloads/) which are working perfectly with Locus
