The OBB folder began to be included as of v12. Not sure why this is necessary. I'm also not sure if this folder includes any default maps data. I'm sticking with v10 for now and just download the maps I require.

Also not sure why all the cpus need to be included. I think most people are only interested in arm64-v8a.

But I sincerely appreciate the extensive modding work Balatan does to eliminate all the other obnoxious crap.
