The entire point of it being non public is so that it doesn't get copied by other modders and then removed from working by Sygic. Most apps that are hacked on here are decompiled, the hacks found and then copied by others with not even a mention or thanks to the original people that found the hacks. There are loads of apps that are hacked now that will never be released on forums because of this. Anyway the chances you will ever see Traffic working now in Sygic Aura are very low to none unless you're on a 7 day trial.

Not quite so Fast, Balatan version works with Satellite without requiring google play services to be up to date on Lineage OS 18.1. So I'd say it was patched better as this version doesn't work with Sat overview on my device where Balatans version does.

Are you really sure of what you are saying?
My personal device doesn't have Google Play Services since it works without GApps.
Its location providers are « gps » and « passive» only and it works fine like this!
If you look at the code, everything is already there to run without GApps. You can test the untouched app to confirm this point.
Of course this altered app I provide in this topic works with « Sat » only!
No need to put any stupid return 0 anywhere to make a better shit. This kind of super patch I don't use is more a problem here.
This app can run natively without GApps ; at least for the map view and the update of location while driving.
Car feature only requires Google Play Services ; the super patch won't do anything to help.
Check what's wrong with your lineage.

Is anyone else not seeing traffic notifications in this release. unable to sign in so not sure if that's the issue.

You won't see traffic if your device has already had a trial, traffic can be still be hacked but the 7 day trial reset hack is private and not public.

I must apologize as I replied to your previous comment in confusion; I thought you were talking about a location provider issue, but not a Google Maps issue.
Which becomes nonsense for my device which does not contain Gapp.

Google Maps (what you meant by « Satellite ») can only work if GApps is installed and enabled. This assumes that the Gstore is also installed with the same certificate signing.
With this version of Aura, the minimum required version must have a version code greater than 12451 x 1000. A very old one.

I did a test by installing GApps via Magisk on 2 devices: LOS 18.1 based and LOS 19.1 based.
On both devices, GMaps (Satellite) works well.

I guess Balatan, as many here may do, blindly fixed the availability of GMS: just an int to be 0 somewhere.
Such a patch can only cause problems on devices without GApps like mine. Although a little extra code can fix the deleterious consequences of such a return 0, it's nonsense to fix what shouldn't be.

Finally, I guess there is something wrong or unusual with your GApps installation.
