It is not big problem.

Hi! I updated from 5.5.3 and downloaded 2023.01 Maps but app shows that there are from November and recommends to update to September one. I deleted the November map folder and still appearing as 2022.11

Do I need to delete any other file?

I deleted all maps in /sdcard/android/data/com.sygic.arua/... (or in my case /storage/ABCD-89EF/...)
Then I simply copied all the maps I downloaded thru TMPeDownloader. That was all. & I dont care that Sygic offers to update to sept. maps

I can download and copy it to that folder on my Car's Android Head Unit with older android version. Not on my phone with Android 12

I had the same problem when I updated my Australian maps until I read somewhere that you must delete all files in the maps folder except the content.info file otherwise it still thinks you're running the previous map data... All working now.

Now restart Sygic and go to "Manage maps" then tap the "star" in the upper right and you will see what version of maps you have installed.

It show under "Recent map updates" the month you now have on Sygic.
As I have tested Jan 2023 maps that is what I show for Europe on a test phone I have.

But to avoid all of this just get a subscription and you do not have to go through all of this.

We need to stop talking about Sept. maps with each new version of Sygic it is becoming very old.
You need to learn how Sygic works..... and not post each time about Sept. maps.

Where are the files added to the new favourites?
when i update old favourites, new favourites are deleted.

Guys, the latest January Maps are now available — just downloaded & installed on my own device.
