Can anyone explain why the traffic information only works for a few days?

If you go back over the last few updates, it was all explained by Mr Dude in one of his posts (sorry can't remember which update).

On A-13, the Sygic maps folder resides in the following directory:—
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.sygic.aura/files/maps

However, I received my March map update without deleting anything.

like a lot of People, stuck on January map here.
i got an update with the maplist.json trick, i got from January maps, to... January maps.
tryed to totaly uninstall Sygic, but it seems persistent.

Me too. What's more previous releases of Sygic no longer work either! It seems that AA itself has changed.

For those users who have map update problems then use one of the PC map downloader programs that are here on this forum.
It is not rocket science to do a search on this forum to find these programs.

As for traffic you will have to pay for it.
I know no one wants to pay for a subscription.

Tested yesterday with the newest AA and it works like a charm. Even split view. Installed using KingInstaller.

which Android Version do you have?

Updated over the top of the previous version. It seemed OK until I tried it in AA. Not recognised! Uninstalled latest version and reinstalled previous version. Not recognised!! Tried reinstallations of both versions using both versions of KingInstaller. No joy. Gave up.
There has been an update to Android Auto plus a general update system on my Pixel 7 Pro. I wonder if that's it?

It works perfectly for me as long as it is not updated over previous version. Uninstal, do clean installation with King installer and everything works perfectly. I have latest AA (9.1)and it works flawlessly. Just got map update to March as well.

I'm pleased for you. Everything is fine with my setup, too - including March maps. The only thing that doesn't work is AA. AA can see everything else, including Google Maps, but not Sygic. It's a great shame - it worked perfectly until now.

I'm using a Pixel 7 Pro with everything up to date. Sygic via AA no longer works, although it used to. Maybe there is a file or remains of a file on my machine that is not removed by uninstalling Sygic and that is tripping the error. All I know is that the outcome is as if I had not used King Installer and just installed in the regular way.
Doubtless @yoursexymama knows why...or again maybe not.

I think, thats a Pixel problem... I have that after last A13 update/Pixel 4a a couple of days ago..
