Hi,

This may sound very strange, but bear with me.

I installed this app, after the install the phone locked itself while I was using it. Odd I thought so i'll just type in my pin number to unlock my phone...however after typing in my pin (that I didn't change) the phone is no longer accepting my pin number?

Any advice?

Cheers,

I had a similar issue once with my Galaxy S3 immediately setting an access pin (not after installing an app). I powered down the phone a few times (may have removed the battery a few times too) and it would accept the pin some times and sometimes not ... more often not. Tried about ten times and it only let me in three times out of the ten. It was weird because the pin was the same one each time I tried. After it let me in the third time I backed up the phone apps, settings, contacts, etc, and reset the phone. I never figured out what caused it. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice, I ended up resetting the phone after already tying everything you had suggested.
