This apk don't work I just downloaded it and when I went to install it said There is a problem phasing the package. Please upload a working one. I have t-mobile samsung galaxy note 2 with jellybean 4.1.2

meaning the file download corrupted...that's why you get a message like that...

From the AndroidPolice blog:

1 thing that i miss in new version (hope they gonna included to ..soon) is: distance measurement tool , that is part of Google Maps Labs (present in earlier versions)

I asked for an apk for android 4.0.4 in the previous thread but it got deleted. I don't understand the things here.. Anyway if somemone finds a working apk for android 4.0.4 please post here.

As you probably have read on Maps changelog, they're updating from 4.0.3... but 4.0.3 version hasn't been released yet.
What you see here is versions for 4.1 and 4.2.... so, we (since I also have 4.0.4) have to wait a little bit longer.

Don't be afraid, updates will appear sooner or later.

I am not afraid man. Unlike others i read the threads. Because, as you can see, the requirements says 4.0.4+ i thought it has been released. If not that's no problem, but if so the info becomes misleading and it should be changed then.

any version with worldwide navigation enabled ?

time to upgrade your device, read XDA forum for ROM upgrade for your device. Probably find a CM rom

Do you even read before you post? It is made for 4.0.4, 4.1+ is released first, they said 4.0.4 is coming after that. Please don't post useless things. "Upgrade your device?", Jesus...

I'm getting a parse error. Running 4.1.2 and downloading on my PC, so i know it's downloaded "properly" (also redownloaded several times to make sure)
