The apk, is just straight off Play store, so possibly requires Lucky Patcher and/or Modded Play Store.
Have you either, could you try and let us know the result? Or maybe someone else can verify please.

Yup, agreed, hence I am asking for verification from you and others, as to whether having the apk patched in Lucky Patcher or if modded Google Play Store, is required, as I have both on my device and app working ok.
