Please what's this SDCard/Android/obb for?

Simply place the appropriate obb folder (with obb file inside) into phone directory "SDCard/Android/obb".

After that install apk.

I got Micro$oft Office 2013 Pro Plus and don't have Office 365 product, am I able to use this on my Tablet or I need to purchase at least one copy of Office 365 products first ? Please advice, thanks in advance.
