where to get server's info for let say gmail?

This isn't for use with Gmail. It's for Exchange servers. If you don't know what Exchange is (it's what a lot of businesses use for email, tasks, calendar, etc) then you don't need this app.

This works fine with gmail.

Try Work Mail - much better. But only email.
