Q. Can't save on external SD card.
A. Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later doesn't support to write on external SD card.
Save it on internal storage, or use cloud storage.
Android 5.0 or later supports external SD card by Storage Access Framework.

Q. I can't find my file in file browser.
A. Please check off "Text File Only" in side menu.
Q. I bought PRO-KEY, but couldn't activate.
A. Try following...
Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and logged into Google.
Confirm that PRO-KEY is installed in System Settings.
Click Menu - Preferences - Activate PRO-KEY.
reboot the device and start Jota+.
uninstall and re-install Jota+ or PRO-KEY.
- If you have troubles with the activation, please send an email to the developer.

Mine is working properly in two phone, one rooted, the other stock.

Try clean reinstall.

in mine.. install ok, pro features ok ..
but when I tried to save my text file... it took forever, showing spinner and "saving" .. had to kill the app to stop it.

Yes... the latest version which works properly for me is 2015.11 ..

Hello Ms_Julia ..thanks for the latest one.. but it still the same as it was.. still "please waiting" forever when saving my text file

Try clean reinstall.

It was a clean install on 3 different phones, the two phones with xposed and lp threw that weird error (android 4.1.2 & 4.4.2), the other one with clean stock android 5.1.1 just says "trial of the pro version started" or something similar, don't know if that's normal, anyway, thx Ms_Julia for the release.

Here's a patch for LuckyPatcher, try to patch yourself version of GooglePlay

How to use:
1. Set a Jota+ from Google Play.
2. Place of the .txt file in the folder /sdcard/android/data/com.android.vending.billing.InAppBillingService.LUCK/files/LuckyPatcher/ (since Lucky Patcher constantly change the package name, the path may be different).
3. Run Lucky Patcher and find Jota+ list.
4. Press the Jota+, open the menu and apply the patches the user patch.

Available to have access to cloud storage and superuser privileges may be no more than 2 times in 24 hours. When the limit is reached, you will receive a message about the restrictions coming into force. The same message will be a button to "test paid opportunities" that will make you forget about the lack of a patch for 30 minutes.

It`s possible your problems will be solved.
