Overview: ETA App monitors your journey progress and sends a text if you are running late.


ETA App monitors your journey progress and sends a text if you are running late.

To save you taking your hands off the wheel when driving, the ETA App monitors your car journey progress and automatically sends a text to a phone number of your choice if you are running late (or early) by a specified amount.

The app will also (optionally) send a text when you set off.

If you prefer, you can turn off the auto-text feature and just send an update text whenever you like, at the touch of a single button. (The app will keep the screen on for you so don’t have to unlock).

And when you reach your destination the app will automatically stop.

The destination address and phone number can be entered manually or selected from your contacts, and will be remembered for next time in case you make the same journey regularly.

The sent texts are fully configurable. They include your Estimated Time of Arrival and, optionally, your current location, plus any text you like.
