dear, manifest scanning doesn`t explain that tracker is there or not. Eg Picsart. It has a lot of trackers in its manifest, but the mod i made, if you analyze its network, there is no connection. Some tracker activities are left in manifest to keep the app stable , it doesn`t mean tracker is running

Also, i have removed all trackers that are defined as Trackers. these ips are forest ips and has no particular definition inside the app code anywhere, so i may not be able to disable them. if i make the app fully offline, it won`t run
