Both installed okay, what's the difference ?

The untouched one is the apk from google play which is exactly the same thing which can be verified by the certificate in the apk. So you can be assured you are using the genuine file which is safe to use.
I don't know what patched means here because moon+ pro doesn't have any license check for which apk files are usually patched.

I recommend not to use patched ones and always verify the certificate in the apk to ensure using genuine apks.
