When copying a file to a location where there is already a file with the same name, the confirmation dialog asks about replacing the bookmark instead of the file.
Copying a file to a location where there is already a file with the same name always fails.
On Android 4.0.3, opening a document may display a blank screen.
When jumping to pages with large tables, the app may crash.
