Nope. As far as I know, it does not.
A more versatile app is Cool Reader which supports Mobi and many others: epub (non-DRM), fb2, doc, txt, rtf, html, chm, tcr, pdb, prc, mobi (non-DRM), pml formats.

Moon+ Reader Pro also supports lots of formats like epub, pdf, mobi, chm, cbr, cbz, umd, fb2, txt, html, rar, zip or OPDS.

I use Aldiko Book Reader only for epub which I convert from other formats using Calibre when I don't get the books directly in epub format.
