It seems that Rootkit v3.2 can't root this version of Bluestack. Below is a link to the files to update it to v3.5. You will still need the files from the OP and then just copy in the files from the link here. Do not just copy the "input" folder. Go through the folders until you get to Provision.apk and copy that into the same folder place as with v3.2.

What I did (which worked for me) is in the RootEZ tab:
1. Click on "AutoDetect from Installed Bluestacks"
2. Select KitKat
3. Select Method 3
4. Select Unsquashed System

and proceed.
