Greta post, however i have still not had luck streaming from the PC to my android device. It only lets me control palyback no matter if i have the android icon in the top left where it says "play on". Has anyone had luck actually streaming to their android device and if so, how did you do it?

It keeps saying my VLC has no web interface enabled. Also tried to enter my Ipv4 address and that didn't work. Samsung Fascinate.

First off, there is a newer version on mobilism (4.2) which I suggest you get instead. Also, why don't you post whether you're trying to achieve wifi streaming or 3g/4g streaming. I just got my wifi going so I might be able to help if you mention what you've done already and what type of trouble shooting you've tried, if any. Please post your response in the version 4.2 thread instead of this one.
