The problem is that it is very expensive! I purchased 1.50 and *bang* a few months later there was a new version that made 1.50 useless so I needed to buy B4A again!

Does any one have the BADoclet.zip file which is used to create own library? Also if you compile a project in Basic4Android and try to open the project again , it does not open. It shows error. Has some one faced the same problem?

You are using a key that has been blacklisted and that is why Basic4android keeps overwriting your code.
1.Go to c:\Documents and Settings\[your username here]\Application Data\Anywhere Software\Basic4android\
2.Delete all files in the folder.
3.Uninstall Basic4android
4.Delete Basic4android folder in program files

yes it has happened to me when I updated from 1.5 to 1.7. Do what @laquack has mentioned, you should be fine.
Sorry I can't help you with BADoclet.zip, never used it.

how soon depends on the effort we put into it.However,lets first work out a
way to get those libraries.Somebody released V1.70 and most likely he/she has
access to Basic4ppc forums and can download the other libraries.

Yes according to this VirusTotal report http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/rep ... 1326142147

There are some positive hits for Worm.Win32.Rebhip,but the detection is very low 2/43 (4.7%)
which may indicate a false positive.I scanned this file with two Antivirus softwares before
i uploaded-Kaspersky and Avast.I will however decompile (Its coded in VB.NET) and have a look
at the source-code just to put everyone at ease.

In the meantime please use a sandbox software to run it.Thanks for the heads up.

This virus spreads by copying files to removable drives but I checked by inserting USB drive and external drive. No files get copied automatically. So it seems that it is a FALSE POSITIVE warning.
