Just up the bitrate in settings.

Yes, I solved this by restarting the application.
Anyway the framerate still not working well, the movies are not smooth like when I play them directly from SD card.

Somebody please help me. I cant setup this app. If i click on the automatic wizard, it doesn't find connection however i setup the web interface..

The VLC server (that's accessible via the 'web interface') has built in access control: http://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Modules/http_intf.

If I remember correctly, the default only allows localhost, not other computers (like your phone) on your network -- if so, you'll need to fix the access to allow acces to your phone and restart the web interface.
