I tried both - uninstall old one - install new version (without delete old folders) - stucks while initializing. Then installed on another machine - w8.1 - new, Bluestacks was never installed on that machine before - same happened: after install, bluestack starts and hangs when saying "initializing..."

i try to install for playstore and i have error message (error retrieving information from server {RPC:S-7:AEC-0}

i install and after open it says BLUESTACKS initialyzing and wait wait and doesn't open.

Have 2 laptops, one running XP and the other Win7 Ultimate x64.. same thing happens to me, says "initializing" and nothing else happens..

You had installed one old version? If so, besides to uninstall it, delete any folder of previous Bluestacks (Program, ProgramData etc). Then clean install to new version. I got same problem

i try everything you say but the problem it doesn't fix. It say the same message error.
and i can't install any other apk out of market.

do games with mods work with this? im on win 8.1. tried zombie diary 2 with mod money/gem that i got from here but it had no mods. lucky patcher just closed the game after the popup. am i doing something wrong?

Not sure what happened but whenever i launch a game i get a black screen with sound. win 8.1 intel hd graphics pentium
