afaik this would be illegal to use in most countries as you need explicit consent to record conversations.

Unrooted Nexus One 2.2, works but only records my voice, and not the other caller's. Strategy 2 also doesnt work for mine.

M8, notice this before such reaction: Not all device will be compatible with the Call Recording feature, however ALL DEVICES can record Voice Notes, Lectures, Meetings and utilize the remote SMS triggered recording feature. Also notice that compatibility is still under test, and that no one said that Desire is not supported!

In GALAXY S works but only records my voice, and not the callers.

On Desire only Scenario A works for me and I tested it with the headphones plugged in. The sound recorded from the caller is weak, but can be counted on.

Works S... without speaker ON, accually its a voice recorder.
