- Added Checkbox to disable CherrySMS Button if no login/credits available
- Reworked state and monitoring of send messages with option "alternative send". See the progress of sending multipart messages as "send count / total count"
- Added possibility to send cheap SMS starting from 5ct via CherrySMS with your own number as sender
