I was able to install it. Try removing old/other version first.
The only problem I've got so far is that on Location condition I have no map, only grid.

i have uninstalled the old version, the only thing related to locale that remained on the phone were the plug-ins, should i uninstall those too?

Great release, it works by uninstalling previous installation first.
As previously reported, maps still don't work but who cares?
