Anyone knows how to install the record patch for SGS that running around? Already tried to make the update.zip in safe mode and no luck...already tried to change the zip to apk and no luck too

1. Dowload the update file that works best for you since they have two flavors for stock and custom roms.
2. Rename it to update.zip
3. Copy it to your /sdcard folder
4. Enter in recovery mode (2e is required or CWM, since these ones allow to install unsigned zips)
5. Go to Apply update.zip option

That's it.

I can add that it works perfectly on the HTC Glacier / MyTouch 4G
