I have a problem here. What is stock SMS actually? My phone(htc desire) doesnt have it and every time i receive a msg, the pop up will appear for awhile, the led light will blink ,but after 10 sec, the ligh went off and so does the pop up. Everything just went off and there isnt any notification at the bar. I have to go in to my menu only I can see the pop up of the msg. This really annoy me as i couldnt see any msg coming until i check my phone 24/7.However, This can be overcome if i tick the stock sms uninstalled? in the important tips, which can be found in the settings. But if i go that, i kept getting duplicate msgs. Does anyone face this problem? and how can i deal with it? And what is stock SMS and what is UI? and how can i solve this problem? Please help~!

Calm down, don't uninstall the stock messenger, just open the settings and unclick its notification settings.
