It looks like this version still either not working properly or not patched properly, the voice volume of the opposite side is not recorded or almost not able to be heard.

Since v20.4, all the new versions had the exact same problem. I would like to use the new version, unfortunately have to go back to v20.4

Did you try it and working on 7.0? I had a OnePlus 2 running Lineage OS 7.1.1 which given me with the same result.
