K-9 supports IMAP, POP3 and Exchange 2003/2007 (with WebDAV).

Added grant permissions request for marshmallow and later (permissions now get requested on first start and every time entering accounts list when at least one is not granted. Workaround since K-9 can't handle denied permissions!)

Fixed missing compose icon in dark themes
