Anyone know if this app will work with google voice alone?

And whether it can record both side of a call?

Not familiar with Android's version, but on iOS side, there is no direct interface to GV. Search Google Voice Gateway for solutions. Once you acquire the credentials - SIP username, password, and gateway server, you can make and receive GV phone calls via the Groundwire app. There is a recording button and it does record conversations on both sides. However, a clicking sound appears every few seconds.
