- Take a photo
automatically the application will take a photo with the front or back camera, when the phone is locked, and a wrong password is entered (only from Android 2.2 and higher).
You can also ask the application to take a photo by sending your picture keyword, to your phone, in a text message. (any version of Android)
Taking photos with the front facing camera requires Android 2.3 or higher.
If the version of your Android device is smaller than 2.3, the back camera will be used.
- Unregistered SIM card detection
PhoneLocator will send full info(phone no., operator, IMSI & IMEI) of any unregistered SIM card inserted in your device, and will start sending you the calls made or received from your phone.
- No battery drain
PhoneLocator will not drain any battery power if the app is enabled on your Android device. Battery use occurs only when PhoneLocator is asked for positions.
- Price is a low one-time fee

I've got a question
So saying you locate your phone after it has been stolen using one of these programs then what? Does anyone have any experience of what the police say/do if you tell them someone has stolen you phone and where they live? I like these programs but no one seems to have stories/experience of a successful result using them. Is it just for peace of mind?

Look, I honestly just do not have too much experience with that program, but I feel safer with him and if you steal someone and you realize in short time you can easily find ! The same way if one of your friends joked and hide your cell phone makes it easy you can to find.Ako're in the woods and drop it.opet can you find and get the location should be! I have D/L this several times and it will not automatically install. I tried installing thru AndroidZip and keep getting an error that says "there is a problem parsing the package".

If I try to extract the files on the phone with Android Zip I get an error "Unzip Operation Failed".

***UPDATE*** I was able to keep trying to D/L onto my PC and succeeded. Then I moved it onto my phone via USB plug and was able to get AndroidZip to Install it.

So I think I'm good with it for now.
