Root Call Blocker Pro v1.6.3

I found 2 different websites posting "Call Blocker Pro 2.7.4" which doesn't make sense cause the market shows the latest pro version is 1.7.0 right now. I downloaded and reuploaded both in a zip file incase anybody out there is brave enough to see what these actually are. I'm perfectly happy with 1.6.3 so I'm not going to attempt it. I opened the .akp files and it DOES mention "Call Blocker Pro 2.7.4" so not really sure what to think. If anybody wants to see what these are all about, please post your findings.
