This version 2.18 Build 6 is WhatsApp Stable Release.
WhatsApp including many other Apps have 2 channels for realease
(a)Stable Build
(b)Beta Build
To keep your whatsapp stable and minimise data losses with stable releases,
You can always find the latest stable build of your iOS or Android on whatsapp official website.
Unless otherwise stated as Final Stable Build, They are mainly for testing Features and receiving feedback from Beta Testers.
