Tablet Talk v1.2.0
Requirements: Android 2.1+
Overview: Tablet Talk is THE comprehensive SMS app for tablets. Send and receive text messages on your tablet using your mobile number--just as you do on your phone!

Tablet Talk integrates nearly every feature from your phone’s SMS app, while also providing other useful functions such as Caller ID. It is a “must have” app for a complete tablet experience.
Tablet Talk works by connecting your tablet and phone over Bluetooth or WiFi, allowing you to text on your tablet anywhere and anytime. At home? Just connect your tablet and phone to your WiFi network. At work or on the road? Switch to Bluetooth mode and your tablet can SMS without an internet connection.
When you receive a text, it instantly syncs to your tablet. When you send a text from your tablet, it instantly syncs to your phone, where it is sent using your mobile number. Even status updates for sent SMS sync instantly to your tablet.
But what about when you don’t have your tablet? Whenever you connect your devices, Tablet Talk will automatically sync any newly sent and received texts to your tablet, ensuring your tablet’s inbox is always up to date!
****************
INSTRUCTIONS: To use Tablet Talk, install it on both your tablet and phone (you only need to purchase the app ONCE). Setup is very simple, with detailed instructions, troubleshooting, and email support all available from within the app. After the initial setup, connecting is as easy as pressing a button. Unless your phone’s IP address (WiFi) changes or you change phones (Bluetooth), there is no need to run setup again. WiFi and Bluetooth settings are saved separately so switching between them is seamless. And options like auto-reconnect reduce the need to interact with your phone while using the tablet.
What's in this version:
- Emoticons
- Option for enter key to send
- Widget for one-click connect (uses last connection settings)
- Sync mode completely redeveloped to be automatic; now an option in phone's settings
- Fixed FC when sometimes exiting on phone
- Fixed messages missing on tablet
- Fixed duplicate conversation bug experienced by users in the Philippines and Singapore. Please delete any conversations not synced with contacts. All future SMS will properly sync with correct conversations.
- Other misc. fixes

I'm not sure if this app will work or not. I'm not even sure I need this app. If the only way to try it is to buy it, I can't justify it, and I'll wait for some free option to come out. But I have certainly paid for apps once I'm comfortable they do what they're supposed to. Recently Qloud Media Server which has a free option, but I was so impressed I wanted to pay for it.

Like Boolean has said, you are getting free marketing from this forum, and you *could* be getting more sales because of this free marketing. Some surveys have been done that seem to agree. Do some research on this.
On a philosophical note.. You accuse us of stealing your work. But in the realm of intellectual property and copyright, what is stealing? If I memorize a song in my head and sing it for my own enjoyment, is that stealing? Do you pay royalties to whoever invented wheels every time you ride a bicycle? Do you pay royalties to your teachers, to all the books you've read, to all the websites you've visited, to all people who gave you programming tips, to your tablet's manufacturer, that made it possible for you to write the app?
I'll give you this.. if someone uses your app commercially, then yes, they should give you compensation.
But then again, you use your car and your shoes for work, but you're not paying royalties to the inventor of cars and shoes. Yes you paid a ONE TIME fees for them, but that was because it wasn't physically possible to just "download" them.
You also whine about the owner of this website making money. So effin what? We also pay for our internet service. We pay for our computers. We pay for our electricity. We pay money to all those people so that we can download your "copyright infringed material". So effin what? You're just mad because you *believe* that this website is taking YOUR money and it's the only entity that profits from all this. But you're wrong on both counts. Check your logic.
The bottom line is this.. things can be called your property if you can make it reasonably difficult for other people to take it from you. Heck, countries would be selling AIR to their citizen if they could somehow control the distribution.
So if you don't want to us to "steal your property", it's your job to find a way to deter us from stealing it, which can be done in many ways. Coming in here and whining about how we "steal your income" is not a very effective way.
The truth is that we don't own anything and we steal everything we have. Did you bring anything with you when you came into this world? No. You may say you "earn" what you have now, but that's a matter of opinion. And when it's time for you to go, you won't be bringing anything with you, either. So in the end we give back what we borrow.

@housered, you start off with a good defens ebut somehow spoke a bunch a crap there after which is ridiculous.
@disgusted, don't give up. I for one uses these forums to try out apps and decide to buy later. Maybe you could try creating a "Trial" app?

All developers see it different.
This was posted on TSRh forum by Knight (long gone), shows a fantastic developer with an amazing sence of humor.

First of all I should warn you that this beta version really needs testing before serious use. The reason is the completely removed protection. As you know, OCB 2.10 introduced a new tricky anti-hacker protection in March 2005. It has been cracked just in this autumn and it allowed us to release 2.11 and 2.12 without the necessity to change registration codes (six months without cracks - quite a good result!). In 2.12 I weakened the protection to increase the interest to the program and the first keygen really appeared (at the same time the traffic at the website increased 5 times!!!). Although, the keygen turned out to be "defective" and resulted in various bugs in cracked OCB. The hackers released the second version of the keygen (they wrote that it was fixed but it didn't work properly as well). The third release of the same keygen turned out to be successful, well they took it as a challenge and I had no doubts that they would finally make it. The funny thing is that the protection is removed now so their work won't crack OCB 2.14Greetz to Knight/TSRH - good work anyway. If you read this stuff, it would be exciting to read your article about OCB 2.10/2.12 protection and how to crack it.
