when i go into "settings" it says that it is cracked. When i go to "about" it says my license has expired. All around the app acts as though it is expired.

Yes, mine does too. Now go to "about" and see what it says.
Then try to reverse lookup a few made up phone numbers and it should ask you if you want to pay for extended lookup.

The free version does that not the paid version. Reverse lookup is free.
