Did you remove it from Battery Optimization? Go to Settings/Battery Optimization/select Don't Optimize and see how it goes.
Also, if you have installed Greenify, whitelist it.

move to Boldbeast free ver on the play store

Samsung Galaxy Note8 doesn't need root, it records calls loudly and clearly in two sides.
Please use following settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 1
- Record Format: MP3
- Tune Audio Effect: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group3
- Tune Samsung1: Yes
- Tune Samsung2: Yes
- Tune Samsung3: No

If you enabled the "wifi call" feature in your Galaxy Note8 you'll find "some calls were not recorded, it seems the recorder is unreliable". In fact, on the contrary, the recorder is super reliable. You should know the fact - wifi calls can't be recorded, no matter what recorder you are using in the market. This is limited by the ROM.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 has many variants, some of them use the Samsung Exynos 9810 chipset (for example SM-N960F, SM-N960FD, SM-N960N etc), some of them use the Qualcomm SDM845 chipset (for example SM-N9600, SM-N9608, SM-N960U, SM-N960U1 etc).

In Boldbeast Recorder please use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 1
- Record Format: MP3

what is wrong with this version ? After installation. it appears as Pro, few hours later ask to buy Pro and cannot connect to GoogleDrive.
Reinstallation helps for few hours. It repeats all again

Something like this happened to me. I couldn't even record after a while, I went back to vers. 29.7 that is working correctly on my Samsung S7!

thanks for advice, now back to 29.7 and let´s see
