Anybody in non-India countries using this??? Why should I use this instead of 'full' Skype?

Anybody in non-India countries using this??? Why should I use this instead of 'full' Skype?

I use this, I'm in the UK. I only use skype for calls and messages. I dont need any other features which I assume the 'full' skype has? And this is faster, smoother, and takes up less space on my phone.
*uninstall old skype and reboot before trying this one*
