I take that back, this is only partially ad-free and what I mean is you got rid of the ads, which I had already done myself but I am trying to get someone to get rid of the designated area for the ads in the primary conversation list, if you can accomplish this you can have all of my remaining wrz. I kind of jumped the gun as this still leaves that white rectangle above the bottom bar which contains the compose/search buttons as seen here.
