Hummm... This will not let me select root call recording. The version before this I used the root recording option but this version won`t let me select it nor apply the patch

That's because they have shifted to Magisk module from v2.0.80. You have to install the Magisk module for "Root" Recording Strategy to work. Kirlif' has updated it. Check it out.
