If you download an unlicensed copy of GameSpector Pro, you will find yourselves blacklisted. This means that you will not be able to
download patches and other data for either Pro or Free version. Blacklisting is managed automatically, and your blacklist status will
be cleared after 30-90 days. Alternatively, you can buy GameSpector license to clear your blacklist status.

Okay, so running this would be a risk then for the average user?

Running an outdated version beyond the introductory "Update Now" period is considered a DRM thing, so you'd have to use 7.7 if you wanted to use it for a period of time.
