maybe wrong file upploaded in .zip-file ?

It did'nt want to upgrade either, just installed another copy of the app next to the 2.5.8.

And says test version for me too

also will this alarm app or any 3rd party alarm app interfere with the stock droid one?

the screen is the same as urs but on the top is "Gentle Alarm (Testversion)"
and if u install the app, it says Gentle Alarm (Testversion) from the beginning
And i have noticed that Gentle Alarm Trial has version number 2.5.9, but the paid app Gentle Alarm has version number 2.5.8
so probably 2.5.9 is only a bugfixing version for trial version..hmm....

Installed as another app, just ran a backup in 2.5.8, then ran a restore from backup in 2.5.9, uninstalled 2.5.8.

Never did see "Test Version" anywhere on mine... (Nexus One 2.2.1 Stock rooted)

Tried this method, but it still gives me trial version text, when I try to customize an alarm profile.

Although it says "TRIAL Version, and won't alarm on Wednesdays", just tried it, and works fine on wednesday too.
(If it means by it wednesday morning, not wednesday to thursday morning.)

Where i get this 2.5.8 version? I cant find anywhere....


EDIT: Forget... I finded inside applanet! Now i will try update for this new version (post #8)
