No, it's NOT the Pro version. I installed it, opened up the settings and there is a giant block of text asking if you want to upgrade to the Pro version.

This release is the Free version.

This is NOT the pro version! Now I can't restore my notes, it says I need pro version for that.

Link is down. For those worried about this being not pro, on other threads, apparently you have to install an add-on to make it pro.
