There is no "Paid" version. The app is the same, but if you purchase their services, the app will have additional features enabled.
I verifies from their service whether you have a Free or Premium service.

Yeah, as GRRemlin said, this is the only version of Lookout Mobile Security available for Android. When you run the app for the first time you are asked to 'Sign Up Free' which creates a user account for you at mylookout.com. This is required to use the free features including 'Antivirus & Security' 'Backup & Restore' and 'Find My Phone'. As each Premium subscription is linked to an individual user account on mylookout.com, don't quote me on this, but I don't believe that you are likely to see a cracked premium version of this app.

But for $27 you can have access to all the features. And you can pay them directly, it doesn't have to be through Market.
