Its uploading your enrollment pics to google picassa, which i find very strange. Far better to store authentication pics locally. Unless somebody is interested in perfect faceshots from all sides.....

+1 for that. Something real fishy about this. I wouldn't even give my own email account access authorization to another one of my email accounts!

It uploads thief attempts to use the phone and uploads it to picasa so you can view/print/and report images to authorities. It would be pointless to upload them to your phone, How would you see them. Your gmail or any other mail could be compromised at this point sheesh lol
