I moved back the topic from the recycle bin, because user reports that this is a fully cracked version, and that the one posted by htp
reuiqres rooting device and just make it work with a workaround..

Please edit your titles and add more info in your topic, because it seemed that there was no difference with the other posted by hth:

This version, SPB Wallet v2.2 Cracked don't need root.
More Info: no rooted devie and LuckyPacher are required. just install and enjoy.

The other one you're referring to needs rooted device (viewtopic.php?f=437&t=284111&hilit=SPB+Wallet).
Install/Register note:
3. Run the LuckyPatcher you need Root your phone, long press SPB Wallet, choose Lucky Google Market Patch

Working fine in SGS Plus.

I've got same error message :(
so I uninstalled and reboot...then when re-installing it opened immediately and I chose an existing wallet file I had from WinMob 6.0... now its working :) weired !
